Driving Multi-Million Dollar Revenue through Strategic Standards Migration
Challenge: Navigating complex industry standards to enable large-scale content migration for a billion dollar enterprise client. The goal was bringing the client into compliance within a mandatory contract deadline while updating the enterprise supply chain for modern scalability.
Solution: I led the exploration, design, product management, and implementation of an enterprise-scale Movielabs standards onboarding project in a cost effective and time efficient way. Deliverables included multiple systems analysis, technical documentation research and creation, ongoing partner management as well as full documentation of the workflows during change management.
Impact: Created and implemented a solution for a client in support of over $200 million in yearly revenue. Implemented solutions that prepared the enterprise for cloud only / burstable operational workflow, as well as retaining an on-premises flexible, fail-safe pipeline to maintain business continuity.
Optimizing Global Digital Content Distribution & Vendor Networks
Challenge: Managing intricate digital delivery workflows across a vast and diverse network of platforms and technologies using custom enterprise applications and systems from Vubiquity, IBM, Mediagenix, SDVI, Amazon AWS, Telestream, Adobe, Airtable, Tableau, Snowflake, Wordpress, Comcast Technology Services and others.
Solution: Owned and managed the development strategy roadmap for Content Services & Operations, enabling efficient digital delivery workflows for a multitude of digital media partners. Managed a team of technical product managers in support of all the software development life cycle. Developed a framework for managing internal priorities with the strategic goals of the enterprise
Impact: Successfully facilitated content distribution for over 250 unique vendor endpoints (e.g., iTunes, Google Play, Roku, Facebook, Pluto TV) with a lean team, utilizing a flexible and expandable on-boarding frame work that ultimately allowed the team to increase vendor adoption time by nearly a month, supporting the delivery of over 90000 individual media packages year over year.
Achieving Award-Winning Operational Excellence
Challenge: Executing innovative operational projects that are world class and set industry benchmarks.
Solution: Led strategic initiatives to adopt a standardized metadata transform and load into our cloud solution which created a functional, scalable and efficient operational workflow with minimal development work and increased project velocity by 40%. Led internal support team to ideate a bespoke metadata schema for a system not typically used to warehouse any store-front metadata.
Impact: My work directly led to the design and implementation solution and winning the prestigious 2025 NAB Show Project of the Year Award in the Operations category*.
